As Eater LA reported, Jyan Isaac Bread is opening a new location in Silver Lake on Monday, November 2. Located at 2800 Hyperion Avenue in the former Say Cheese space next to Trader Joe's, the establishment will seat 32 indoors and 16 on an outdoor patio.
The team will open at 7 a.m. daily, offering bagel sandwiches, bread, bagels, and pastries, before shifting to lunch with salads and sandwiches like chicken katsu on Shokupan Texas toast. Weekend brunch will run from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Starting in 2027, operating hours will extend into the evening as the space transitions into a wine bar serving breads, cheese, charcuterie, and tinned fish.
