Eater LA reported that Orange County restaurant group Kei Concepts is expanding to Los Angeles next fall, anchoring a $24 million Regency Centers development called Culver Commons at Washington Boulevard and Centinela Avenue in Culver City.
Co-founded by chef Viet Nguyen, the group will open outposts of Vox Kitchen and Rol. Vox Kitchen will occupy a 5,000-square-foot dining room with a 1,000-square-foot patio seating 200 diners, offering a menu with added raw bar options and cocktails. Rol will feature counter-only seating across 2,000 square feet, expanding its menu to include traditional and innovative onigiri.
They will join tenants including Wanderlust Creamery, Smog City Brewing, and El Moro Churrería at the new development.
